survival mode, & is ready to
I offer somatic and psychology-informed support for women who are tired of living in survival mode and are ready for deep, embodied change. My work centers on helping women reconnect with their internal landscape, gain clarity, and turn psychological insight into lived resilience.
Grounded in both personal experience and academic training, I understand how identity shifts, burnout, and emotional overfunctioning can quietly wear you down. This work is about slowing down, building nervous system awareness, and creating a life that feels sustainable and grounded.
With a background in psychology and yoga, and as a graduate student pursuing my Master’s in Counseling Psychology, I bring a compassionate, thoughtful approach that honors each woman’s unique pace. My style is gentle yet honest, focused on supporting practical, real world ease.
This isn't about fixing you; it’s about embodied presence.
My private integration container guides women through a deep exploration of their internal landscape to uncover what is nourishing, what is stagnant, and where they truly want to expand. Together, we map out personalized somatic tools and nervous system practices to address specific areas of life and begin taking aligned steps toward sustained regulation. These areas typically include career, boundaries, relationships, and personal evolution.
As you start to shift, we work together to address the deeper physiological layers that naturally surface. With grounded support and compassionate co-regulation, you’ll not only make tangible progress but also feel more centered, resilient, and at peace in your everyday life.
