I’ve had the pleasure of guiding others in the hot yoga room, teaching people how to breathe through discomfort and find stillness in the heat. I realized that while I could lead a class through the physical, there was a deeper layer of the experience that demanded attention: the nervous system. As a Graduate Student at Sofia University, my work is deeply informed by transpersonal and holistic psychology. My background as a yoga practitioner taught me that the body stores what the mind cannot process. This led me to specialize in the intersection of the nervous system and psychological resilience.

Currently pursuing my Master’s in Counseling Psychology, I translate complex psychological theory into body based tools for real time regulation. I help women break the cycle of emotional overfunctioning by teaching them to understand their psychology and nervous system. My framework honors both your psychological depth and your physical presence, moving you from a state of "constant doing"  and "reacting" into a life of grounded, expansive being.
